Refund policy
At Buzz Basket, we want you to love every purchase you make. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help!
✅ Returns
- You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Certain products (such as personal care items, intimate goods, or clearance items) may be non-returnable for hygiene or final sale reasons.
💲 Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- If you prefer, you may choose store credit for faster reuse.
🚚 Exchanges
- Need a different size, color, or item? We’re happy to exchange eligible items within 30 days.
- Exchanges are processed once we receive your original item.
⚠️ Damaged or Wrong Items
- If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll send a replacement at no cost to you.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Perishable goods
- Health & personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
- Clearance or final sale items
📩 How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@buzzbasket.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll provide return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).
- Ship the item back, and we’ll process your refund or exchange once received.
⚡Tip: On Shopify, you can create a dedicated “Refund Policy” page under Settings → Policies, and paste this text there so it auto-links in checkout.
