Refund policy

At Buzz Basket, we want you to love every purchase you make. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help!



✅ Returns



  • You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Certain products (such as personal care items, intimate goods, or clearance items) may be non-returnable for hygiene or final sale reasons.




💲 Refunds



  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • If you prefer, you may choose store credit for faster reuse.




🚚 Exchanges



  • Need a different size, color, or item? We’re happy to exchange eligible items within 30 days.
  • Exchanges are processed once we receive your original item.




⚠️ Damaged or Wrong Items



  • If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll send a replacement at no cost to you.




❌ Non-Returnable Items



  • Gift cards
  • Perishable goods
  • Health & personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
  • Clearance or final sale items




📩 How to Start a Return



  1. Email us at support@buzzbasket.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll provide return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).
  3. Ship the item back, and we’ll process your refund or exchange once received.





⚡Tip: On Shopify, you can create a dedicated “Refund Policy” page under Settings → Policies, and paste this text there so it auto-links in checkout.
